The TB545 window system is a thermally broken aluminium frame design, which meets the requirements of Document L. TB545 has a profile depth of 47mm, offering good structural stability. Open-in or open-out sashes are available and the option of internal or external beading. The system can be constructed in single units or in a continuous ribbon by coupling units together with TB545 dedicated coupling profiles. Other dedicated profiles enable window units to be coupled together in a combination of 90 & 180 degree junctions and bay window designs. This window system integrates with DL6-70 door system.

DL6-70 Rebate Door

The DL6-70 Rebate Door system has a variety of profiles which allow for different door types to be specified. These include casement open-in and open-out doors with four cill options. Another feature of this door system is integrated fanlights. All doors are internally beaded for extra security.
